Today marks the first day of my journey!
A year or so of no regular intense workout, due to back problems, made me gain weight! Late last year I planned to re-enroll in my previous gym after this year's summer. And now here I am just on schedule!
Here's my primary weapon, My Trainers!
I bought it a couple of weeks ago!
My partner who will help me in achieving my goal is...
they gave me some books for Body First Program, but I have not yet started reading it. But I must say I'm more determined now, compared to the first time I enrolled with them.
So help me God! lol
